We call at Hebden Bridge where the Bohemian streets were the onetime haunt of writers and artists. Onwards to enchanting Oxenhope for our nostalgic train trip through Brontë country aboard the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, a heritage attraction that appeared in the 1970 film, The Railway Children. Another delight is Haworth, best known as the home of the literary dynasty Brontë sisters, then its Saltaire World Heritage Site where we visit grandiose Salts Mill. Our final treat is Holmfirth, a quaint market town that was the setting for the much loved TV show, Last of the Summer Wine.
