The coastal town of Buncrana is set on the stunning Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal and makes a wonderful base for our holiday. Buncrana has a sandy beach and the town’s Swan Park is perfect for a stroll alongside its meandering river and fairy house waterfall. We venture out to Letterkenny, home to the gothic St Eunan’s Cathedral and where the town’s Main Street is said to be the longest in Ireland. On another day, we take in the awesomeness of the Giant’s Causeway. Our final outing is to the walled city of Derry~Londonderry, complete with guided tour to get your sightseeing off to a great start.
