ESSENTIAL HOLIDAY INFORMATION
When you book a Glenton holiday we want you to be totally satisfied with the arrangements so that you will book with us again in the future. Please see our main season brochure for full terms and conditions.
Passenger Information
Correct passengers names must be provided at the time of booking. All passengers names provided at the time booking must be as per passport or Photo ID. Any subsequent name changes will incur charges from the airline.
Passport, visa and Immigration requirements and foreign office advice
Your specific passport, visa and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. At the time of print no visas are required for any destination featured in our summer 2025 brochure for UK passport holders. However, it is expected that the EU entry/exit system will be introduced in 2025.

Door to Door* service
Please note we can only collect from one address per booking. It may be necessary to share your transfer vehicle with other passengers travelling. If you require more than one pick up point per booking a supplement will apply.
Check in times
Passengers are required to check-in a minimum of two hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight. All flights times are local and in 24 hour clock.
Changes to flight times
As our brochure is published months in advance flights times and or/ schedules can change, often with little notice, and we reserve the right to substitute alternative airlines, routes and times if required.
Baggage Allowance
Correct as of 16/12/25 - please double check individual airline website or contact our sales team for further information.
EASYJET:
ONE Cabin Bag - Maximum size 45 x 36 x 20cm including handles and wheels. (which must fit under the seat in front of you)
ONE item of Check-in (Hold) luggage weighing no more than 23kg.
RYANAIR :
ONE SMALL CABIN BAG – Maximum size 40 x 20 x 25cm which must fit under the seat in front of you.
ONE item of Check-in (Hold) luggage weighing no more than 20kg.
LOGANAIR:
ONE Cabin Bag – Maximum weight 6kg plus one small bag/handbag.
ONE item of Check-in (Hold) luggage weighing no more than 15kg.
Essential Items
Please ensure you carry essential medications for the duration of your holiday in your hand baggage. Please be aware that the essential liquid medication in quanties over 100ml must be certified as authentic by a doctor’s letter and must be presented in the original container.
Resort Booked Excursions
Excursions include any sightseeing trips, events or tours which you choose to go in resort which you paid extra for. All excursions are arranged by third party suppliers and do not form part of your Holiday and are not governed by the Package Travel Regulations 1992. We do not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for anything that may go wrong on a Resort Booked Excursion. The contract for Resort Booked Excursions you book is between you and the supplier of that excursion.
Special assistance & medical conditions
If you require special assistance for you or a member of your party you must tell us at the time of booking or as soon as possible after the booking so that we can make sure appropriate arrangements can be made. Failure to notify us at least 48 hrs prior to your flight may mean that assistance is not available.
The airline assistance starts from the relevant airline check in desk until baggage reclaim areas at the destination airport. Please note this may differ depending on the airport you are flying to. If you require assistance from the car park to the check in desk or from the baggage reclaim area to the car park on your return, this should be booked via the airport, the contact information can be found on their websites.
If you or a member of your party wish to travel with a battery opertated mobility aid you must inform us before you book. We will try our upmost with the airline, the accommodation and relevant transfer supplier to fulfill all your medical requirements. It is important that we recieve as much information about any battery operated mobility aid to pass to the airline to ensure they are satisifed that it has made the safety requirement made by the airline.
Hotel Check in/out
Hotel accommodation generally will be available after 2pm on the date of arrival and is to be vacated between 10am and noon on the date of departure, irrespective of your arrival or departure times (unless we have stated otherwise). Should you wish to retain your room after the normal check out time on the day of departure you should make your request at reception on your arrival or at any time during your stay. Please note this may be subject to availablity and incur additional costs.
Holiday Insurance
We believe that taking out holiday insurance is an important part of your holiday plans. What if you were forced to cancel your holiday or weren’t able to return home as planned? This is why it is a condition of booking that you take out holiday insurance to cover your holiday. Should you decide to take out or already have cover with another Insurer we do need you to provide us with details of your policy at the time of booking your holiday with us.
