First port is Tórshavn, the tiny capital of the Faroes where every charming street has as story to tell. Reaching Iceland, we stop at the town of Seydisfjördur with its natural harbour then onto Akureyri, a landscape of volcanoes, waterfalls and geysers. Our first glimpse of Greenland is at Tasiilaq, a quaint settlement flanked by untouched terrain then Narsarsuaq, home to wildlife and glaciers. We venture into the Arctic Circle calling in at Sismiut and Kangerlussuaq as well as the island capital of Nuuk. Final stop is in quirky Reykjavik, home to a lovingly preserved old town.
