Enjoy all the fun of the ferry along with a day at world famous Keukenhof – a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Known as the Garden of Europe, Keukenhof is located in Lisse and is one of the world’s largest flower gardens. This famous attraction is only open for eight weeks each year during which time over 800,000 visitors discover its charms. More than seven million tulips, daffodils and hyacinths fill over 32 hectares with colour and fragrance, creating the most beautiful blanket of springtime blooms on the planet. Look out for flower displays, inspirational themed gardens, distinctive artwork and eight hundred varieties of tulips!
Day One. We head to Hull to board our P&O ferry to Rotterdam enjoying dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board. Dance to live music, catch the latest movie at the cinema, relax with your favourite tipple in the piano bar or try your luck at the casino.
Day Two. We make the short coach journey to Keukenhof. This magnificent historic park will be in all its glory with a vibrant springtime patchwork quilt of colourful blooms. Explore the landscaped grounds and pavilions at your own pace. Late afternoon we return to our ferry back to Hull enjoying dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board.
Day Three. After disembarking, we make our way to the fairytale city of York for some free time before continuing home.
As you sail across the North Sea, enjoy dinner in The Kitchen buffet restaurant where your waiter will show you to your table and take your order if you wish to purchase any drinks. Then you’re free to help yourself from the wide selection of tasty dishes from around the world. At breakfast, choose from continental or a fully cooked menu. Take your seat in The Show Lounge and enjoy live bands throughout the evening – there’s even a dance floor if you fancy a wee boogie Or slow the pace down at the Piano Bar where you can sip a cocktail as you listen to mellow music. Perhaps you’d like to catch a blockbuster movie at the cinema or try your luck at the casino. Rest your head in your ensuite cabin after an evening of entertainment.
