Overview

Our base is the charming village of Belleek which hugs the banks of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh and is renowned throughout the world as the home of fine, porcelain china. We visit beautiful Ballyshannon, said to be the oldest town in Ireland, enjoy a sail on Donegal Town’s waterbus, spend a day in Derry, explore Enniskillen and discover the Headhunters Barber Shop & Railway Museum.

Your Excursions

Donegal Town, Waterbus & Ballyshannon

We head to the bustling harbour town of Donegal, home to a fifteenth century castle and the Railway Heritage Museum. There will be some free time to explore before we hop aboard the waterbus for a cruise around this stunning and unique estuary. Enjoy fascinating commentary along with a sparkling of Irish humour aboard the comfy waterbus as you sail past fascinating sights such as the Old Abbey and Seal Island. We also include time in lovely Ballyshannon, thought to be the oldest town in Ireland, perhaps visit the family owned Celtic Weave China and bring home a souvenir.

Enniskillen, Headhunters Barber Shop & Railway Museum

After a look around pretty Enniskillen, we head to the Headhunters Barber Shop & Railway Museum to step back in time and explore the golden age of the steam train before returning to Belleek for some free time.

Derry-Londonderry

Enjoy a day in this recently rejuvenated walled city where intriguing sights include St Columbs Cathedral and the political murals. Perhaps visit the award winning Tower Museum where “The Story of Derry” and “An Armada Shipwreck “ are the main exhibitions.

Glen Eden Hotel - Belleek

This charming hotel nestles in the heart of Belleek close to the famous pottery centre. There is a cosy lounge bar where entertainment is hosted on two nights of your stay.
